Get ready for a 2-day virtual experience that will encourage, challenge, and equip you for the exact season you’re in, and for the next leadership challenge around the corner.

Complete Payment

  1. You will receive an invoice from our team. Please pay promptly to finalize your enrollment.

  2. Once we receive payment, we will send you a unique access code.

Set Up Your WiLD Toolkit Account

  1. Go to www.wildtoolkit.com 

  2. Login or create a a new account (click “Redeem Access Code and Register“)

  3. Confirm your account and login.

  4. Click “Redeem Access Code” and enter your unique access code.

Complete Specified Tools In The WiLD Toolkit

  1. Go to your dashboard and begin using the WiLD Toolkit.

  2. After you have finished a Tool you can click on "Reports Library" or download reports from your dashboard.

  3. Complete the following Tools before our time together:

    1. WiLD Profile

    2. Purpose and Calling Inventory

    3. Leading Under Pressure Inventory

    4. Skills and Knowledge Inventory

  4. You have access to all 10 Tools! Please feel free to complete the others, either immediately or over the following months.

Review Your Feedback Reports

Take time to download each of your feedback reports prior to the WiLD Experience Intensive and have them available for coaching conversations you will have with others in the session.

What you need to do prior to attending:

As you use the WiLD Toolkit, keep these things in mind:

  • No one is looking over your shoulder. 

    • Your results are confidential to you.

  • These are tools, not tests. 

    • Plan 20+ minutes for each tool and be ready for an assessment experience that will invite you to narrate part of your story and measure your progress in a meaningful way. Narrative and measurement together will make your Feedback Report and our discussions more meaningful.

  • Watch the videos. 

    • Before and after the tools, the primer videos and the Integrator videos will provide helpful context.

  • Simple homework. 

    • Complete the tools and read the full Feedback Reports.

  • The tools come alive through conversation. 

    • Read your Feedback Report and have it available for coaching conversations you will be a part of at the WiLD Experience.

  • This is a continuous process. 

    • After completing the WiLD Toolkit you can use it again within your one year subscription. Our development doesn't end. The WiLD Toolkit was created to be an annual process, so that we can continue to grow and develop year after year.
