You are participating in the WiLD Trust Index, a survey designed to understand different levels of trust as it applies to you, your team, and your organization.

CONFIDENTIALITY: All personal results are completely confidential and will not be reported back to your organization (if you are doing this as part of a larger group) or anyone else. Personal demographic data will help to analyze and segment results across groups, if applicable, and contribute to our research. Read more about our commitment to your privacy.

RESULTS: You will receive an individual TrustPrint feedback report. Nobody else will see this report, it is for you alone. If you are participating as part of a larger organization, the aggregate results for the group will be presented to your organization to reveal averages of personal trust scores, team trust scores, and organizational trust scores. There will also be comparisons of aggregate scores to other organizations, as well as recommendations for creating a culture where trust and development are invested in and valued.
