WiLD Executive Fellows Program
Graduate Level Education for the Whole Leader
The WiLD Executive Fellows Program is a graduate level educational experience designed for the leader with a desire for rigorous study in whole leader development that fully integrates psychological science, their real-time experience and organizational context, and their whole person - including their faith and humanity.
The WiLD Executive Fellows Program is approved for the following ICF hours:
Core Competencies: 40.5 Hours
Resource Development: 65.75 Hours
The WiLD Executive Fellows Program is approved for the following SHRM hours:
45 Hours
The program is nine days - divided into three intensives over a year, making it accessible to leaders currently functioning in a full time role.
Executive Fellows complete the program with extensive knowledge of the the scientific and theoretical foundation of whole leader development, the skills to apply that knowledge to real-time organizational challenges, and a meaningful connection to an exceptional community of like-minded leaders.
For those who have participated in other WiLD Programs and understand the power of whole and intentional leader development, this program will build up advanced meta-cognitive and executive level skills, knowledge, and fortitude.
The WiLD Executive Fellows program creates an actionable and sustainable reinforcement framework to transfer participant learning to real-world behavior change in a way that is personal, and whole.
“The most impactful part of the Executive Fellows Program was the cohort - the safe space to let down your guard and be honest…having that rhythm.”
Real Leaders
Whole leader development is both personal and professional. The program will push you to new developmental edges for your sake and the sake of others around you. The participants are chosen based on the potential they bring as competent and effective leaders, and more importantly, for their willingness to edit themselves and to serve others. Every leader engages in a variety of dialogues and coaching partnerships to connect with, learn from, challenge and support every other participant.
Rigorous Studies
The WiLD Executive Fellows Program is taught and facilitated by leading scholars and practitioners in the fields of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Whole Leader Development. Building deeper knowledge and discernment of the research and theories behind topics like motivation, personality, leader effectiveness, efficacy, developmental readiness, team functioning, character formation, learning agility, and organizational culture and change takes a leader from a practical level of understanding, to a level of mastery that will bring about long lasting organizational and leader transformation.
Intentional Development
The Executive Fellows Program takes participants on a deeper journey into the science behind leading well, and makes that science approachable and accessible for real-time development - theory in practice. The WiLD Toolkit is the research-based system that provides the framework. Integrated through the nine-day program, the 10 assessments in the WiLD Toolkit provide an intentional way for the theory and science to come to life in the experience of a leader, and provides a pathway to take forward long after participants finish the program.
